Description: Involves children in "hands on" rituals - simple rhymes, fingerplays, games and other activities. Introduces them to the chalice, helps them discover the concepts of bith and death, explore the great forces of nature, and to consider how to make choices and overcome difficulties. Features homemade games and materials such as the Chalice Flannel Board, a jigsaw puzzle, and a Memory Game.

Age range: preschool age

Ideal size of group: 4-12

Number of Sessions: 36 sessions and 5 alternate sessions

Length of Sessions: 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour flexibility
