"Curriculum Mapping" Introduction
- "Curriculum Mapping" comes to us from the UUA, most (but not all) of our curricula
descriptions come from this book, which is now out-dated. Reading this introduction will give you a
guide to using these curricula in your religious education program. For more current curricula, you can do a search for what you're looking for that also includes two sites that are much more current. The UUA now also offers free, downloadable curricula called Tapestry of Faith.
By Age Group - View the curricula
list by age group if you're searching for a new curriculum
Alphabetical Listing
- View the curricula list alphabetically if you already know which curriculum
you'd like to know more about.
What's New - Information
about the latest curricula
Field Testers Needed
- These new curricula have not yet been field tested. Would you be interested
in helping? If you are not the professional religious educator for your congregation,
you may want to consult with her/him first.
Suggestions For Using This Site - Religious educators (M/DRE's) or other religious education leaders can get useful tips on how to use this site here. This site could also be helpful to homeschoolers, other parents who would like to
provide religious education at home, and other types of educators.
For additional information about other curricula available for use in Unitarian
Universalist congregations, Helen Zidowecki has put together a comprehensive
listing of curricula on her
web site. Also check with the UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST CURRICULUM AND RESOURCE DEVELOPERS. Both can be searched together with this site from our search page.
