Age Range Adult

Size of Group 12 to 16

Number of Sessions 6

Length of Sessions 1 1/2 to 2 hours

Leader Preparation 2 to 3 hours per session

Strengths

Limitations

Adaptability Too large a group hinders the effectiveness of the exchange among participants; if more than 16 people sign up, form two groups. This program works well in a weekend workshop format.

Unitarian Universalist Values Affirms the inherent worth and dignity of every person; acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations; and the belief that the living tradition we share draws from many sources.
