We used You, the Creator, with massive adaptions, with my Jr. Highers last year. We did an arts project, during which we would talk. Some of the resulting conversations were awesome -- and initiated by the youth! We basically choose projects that we thought were feasible, and removed much of the planned conversation and replaced it with less programmed conversation time. We made these adaptions because that is what worked well with our group. We did You, the Creator once or twice a month, party or outing once a month, and planning time/other once a month. Every day started with a chalice lighting, reading, and check-in.
