What we liked about the curriculum:
I loved the cirriculum and I learned so much by having to prepare the lessons. I did make a flow chart for the different people so we could keep track of everyone and see the relationships. Because of the lack of time and facilities we did not do many of the art projects that had been suggested. I did continue to turn many of the lessons into plays that we could stop action at each scene and go over the characters and the dilemas that they faced. The kids really learned a lot and I was amazed at how much they still remembered after 2 years.
What we didn't like about the curriculum:
We had a hard time dooing some of the art projects because of our space and time limitations.
What we liked about the curriculum:
I loved the cirriculum. We found that by adapting more of the lessons into plays that we could stop action during the scenes and discuss what had happened worked well. Also, I made a flow chart to show all of the relationships (the big names) between all of the families which seemed to help. Also I go some old testament maps that worked well.
What we didn't like about the curriculum:
I wasn't too thrilled with some of the artsy things, so we just left them off.
